Terms & Conditions for Students
1. Nature of Programme
The student understands and agrees that the programme offered by the organization is a non-formal, flexible, open, skill-based, competency-based, or continuing education programme intended for educational development, vocational learning, awareness, and personal growth purposes.
2. No Misrepresentation
The student shall not claim that the programme is equivalent to a government-recognized regular school, college, university, board, or statutory educational qualification unless specifically stated in writing by the organization.
3. Admission Eligibility
Admission is granted based on the information and documents provided by the student. If any information is found false, misleading, forged, or incomplete, the organization reserves the right to suspend or cancel admission without refund.
4. Student Responsibility
- Attending classes/training sessions regularly.
- Completing assignments, assessments, and practical activities.
- Maintaining discipline and ethical conduct.
- Using learning materials only for personal educational purposes.
5. Contribution Policy
- Contributions towards admission, registration, study material, training, examination, assessment, or certification are subject to the organization’s policies.
- Contributions once paid may be non-refundable except where specifically approved by management.
- Delay in contribution may result in suspension of services or certification.
6. Certification Policy
Certificates, participation certificates, training certificates, skill certificates, or completion certificates shall be issued only after successful completion of programme requirements, assessments, attendance, or practical work as prescribed by the organization.
7. Examination and Assessment
- Online or offline assessments
- Practical evaluations
- Assignments
- Viva or project-based assessments
- Continuous evaluation systems
The decision of the assessment authority shall be final.
8. Use of Name and Logo
Students shall not use the organization’s name, logo, certificates, identity cards, or study materials for commercial, political, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
9. Code of Conduct
Any involvement in misconduct, abusive behaviour, cheating, forgery, harassment, illegal activity, or damage to organizational reputation may lead to disciplinary action including cancellation of admission or certificate.
10. Digital and Online Learning
- Students must maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Recording, copying, or unauthorized distribution of classes/materials is prohibited.
- The organization is not responsible for internet or technical issues at the student’s end.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Employment guarantees
- Government job eligibility
- Migration or equivalency claims
- Third-party misuse of certificates
- Personal or financial losses arising from misuse of programme information
12. Change in Rules
The organization reserves the right to modify syllabus, structure, contribution, schedule, assessment pattern, policies, or terms and conditions whenever required.
13. Cancellation / Suspension
- Violation of rules
- Non-contribution received
- Submission of false information
- Indiscipline or unlawful conduct
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All study materials, content, designs, training modules, videos, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of the organization and may not be reproduced without written permission.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of admission, training, assessment, certification, or organizational policies shall be subject to amicable resolution and jurisdiction of competent courts/authorities applicable at the organization’s registered office location.
16. Declaration by Student
- I have read and understood all terms and conditions.
- I am voluntarily enrolling in the programme.
