The organization was established in June 2020 and is registered under the applicable Government Act. It operates as an ISO-certified autonomous institution. The organization conducts Secondary (10th) and Senior Secondary (12th) level comparable learning programmes, along with skill development and non-formal education programmes, through flexible, open, and competency-based learning systems. The programmes are designed to promote educational advancement, practical knowledge, hands-on training, vocational competency, employability, and skill enhancement through continuous and flexible assessment methodologies.
