Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell, under the supervision of the Legal Advisor, has been constituted to provide an effective, transparent, impartial, and time-bound mechanism for resolving grievances of students, parents/guardians, study centres, training partners, faculty members, employees, and other stakeholders concerning the educational, administrative, and training activities of the Organization.

The Cell functions in accordance with the rules, regulations, policies, and code of conduct of the Organization.


Matters Covered

The Cell may consider grievances relating to the following matters:

Admission & Registration

  • Admission process and eligibility
  • Registration and enrolment
  • Incorrect personal details in records
  • Identity card issuance

Contribution & Fine

  • Delay in contribution processing
  • Disputes related to contribution and fine

Academic Matters

  • Study material
  • Classes, workshops, and practical training
  • Internal assessments and assignments
  • Academic support services

Examination & Assessment

  • Examination scheduling
  • Evaluation and assessment
  • Result declaration
  • Re-checking/Re-evaluation (where permitted)
  • Correction of clerical errors in results

Certificates & Records

  • Certificate, Diploma, Mark Sheet, and Provisional Certificate
  • Spelling or data corrections
  • Duplicate certificate issuance
  • Verification-related issues

Study Centres & Training Partners

  • Misconduct by authorized study centres
  • Unauthorized fee collection
  • False promises or misleading advertisements
  • Poor training facilities
  • Violation of organizational guidelines

Staff Conduct

  • Misbehaviour by staff or trainers
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Delay in official work
  • Unprofessional conduct

Complaint Procedure

  1. Submit a written complaint through the prescribed form, email, or the online grievance portal.
  2. The complaint should include:
    • Name and Enrolment Number (if applicable)
    • Contact Details
    • Description of the Grievance
    • Supporting Documents
  3. An acknowledgement shall normally be issued within 7 working days.
  4. The Grievance Redressal Cell may seek additional documents or clarification.
  5. The matter shall be examined by the Committee.
  6. A reasoned decision shall ordinarily be communicated within 15–30 working days, depending upon the complexity of the matter.
  7. Where necessary, both parties may be given an opportunity to present their views.

Appeal

If the complainant is dissatisfied with the decision of the Grievance Redressal Cell, an appeal may be submitted to the Head of the Organization within 15 days from the date of receipt of the decision.

The decision on appeal shall be final under the internal grievance mechanism of the Organization.
