Terms & Conditions

1. The Organization appoints the Education Partner to promote and facilitate admissions for its approved Non-Formal Education, Skill Development, and Vocational Training programmes.
2. The Education Partner shall conduct all activities in accordance with the rules, policies, and guidelines issued by the Organization.
3. The Education Partner shall not make any false or misleading claims regarding government recognition, affiliation, employment, or academic equivalency.
4. The Education Partner shall collect only the documents required by the Organization and maintain proper records of admissions and receipts.
5. The Education Partner shall not issue certificates, mark sheets, identity cards, or any official documents on behalf of the Organization unless expressly authorized.
6. The Education Partner shall maintain confidentiality of student records and organizational information.
7. The Organization reserves the right to inspect the Education Partner’s records and activities at any time.
8. Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice. However, the Organization may terminate the Agreement immediately in case of fraud, misconduct, policy violations, or misuse of its name or logo.
9. On termination, the Education Partner shall immediately stop using the Organization’s name, logo, study materials, and promotional content.
10. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at [City/State].
